If the Seller stops working to include the expense of special packing in the Purchase Cost the Buyer need to pay to the Seller such expenses as needed.
Where installation is included in the contract the provision of a clear working website and appropriate gain access to will be the obligation of the purchaser. 21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller right away. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Price is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
