14. If the Seller fails to consist of the expense of unique packing in the Purchase Rate the Buyer should pay to the Seller such expenses on demand.

If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
